German Pancakes

Nathan's German Pancake Recipe. Picked up from Kaysen (Nathan's roommate).
Ingredients

12 eggs
•
2 cups milk
•
2 cups flour
•
1 tsp salt
•
1 stick butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400℉. Put stick of butter in a 9"x13" baking dish.

Put baking dish into oven as oven preheats. Let butter melt for about 8 minutes.

Whisk eggs, milk, flour, and salt together in large bowl.

When butter is melted, pull baking dish out of the oven.

Set oven to 350℉. Pour batter into baking dish.

Cook pancakes for 35 minutes.
